This single-family renovation project is located at 10 East Taylor Street on Monterey Square within the heart of Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District. The Italianate mansion was originally constructed in 1872 and the home has undergone a series of renovations throughout its storied history.  In fact, this is the third time in 21 years that our designers have been engaged for a renovation project at this address. This has, in essence, brought the complete transformation and historic preservation of this home full circle.

This home features classic Southern architecture infused with exquisite interior design, timeless elegance and breathtaking views.  The current renovation has transformed the home into a contemporary space, but one that maintains classic and traditional elements to correspond with the home’s 143 years of history.
