After several years, this project on Isle of Hope was revisited to accommodate growing generations, this time with some additional acreage. The owners purchased the adjacent plot of land that rejoined the property as it had originally been divided. Together, the architect and owners conceptualized and brought to life five additional structures—including another guest house, affectionately known as the Keepers Cottage, which includes guest space below and private office space above. Two buildings line the newly-designed pool feature—The Spring House, a poolside pavilion for relaxation and entertaining, and the Privy. A Tree House, that looks as it jumped right from the pages of a story book, sits just beyond the Keepers Cottage. A Pump House for equipment completes the latest iteration of additions. This property truly captures a spirit of natural evolution and collaboration, of old mixed with new, of family and generations,
